Adult Signature Required
It is highly recommended that you ship to a business or office, where someone can sign when the carrier attempts delivery.
Ground Shipping from our warehouse in San Clemente, CA. This is not advisable during summer shipping conditions.
Build a Case
You can choose the “Build a Case”. With this option, your orders will be consolidated into your own personal case here in our warehouse. Once your case has reached 12 bottles, we will contact you to arrange shipping or continue to hold while you build additional cases.
We will hold your packages in our climate-controlled warehouse in San Clemente, CA over the summer. Your packages will automatically ship when temperatures have cooled in your region. You will be contacted when the weather trend cools – usually October/November.
If you live in San Clemente Area and you’d like to come by to pick up your wine here at our offices, you may do so at no additional cost. We are available Monday through Friday from 10am to 4pm. To ensure your orders are available before you arrive, please email email@example.com to schedule your pickup.
Please note: if the weather is too extreme in your area at the time of shipping, we may hold onto your shipment to protect the quality of the wine. We will automatically ship it out to you once weather conditions are appropriate.
State Compliance Laws
Due to ever changing direct-shipping laws and regulations, the list of states that we ship to may change at any time. All wines are sold in California and title passes to the buyer in California. We will arrange for shipment on behalf of the buyer, to an address specified by the buyer, provided that in our sole discretion we believe that such shipment will not subject us to the risk of any sort of legal action or other harm. If a buyer lives in a state where the direct shipment of wine may violate the law, we will contact the buyer to discuss shipping options (usually an alternative shipping address in a state where the direct shipment of wines to consumers is permitted).
